Road trip

Uncle Tibbs and I decided to go on a road trip to visit some of my friends.  Since it is too far and too cold to walk, we took the car.  And since I am still working on getting my driver's license (hopefully I will get it soon), Uncle Tibbs drove.

"Remember, safety first, Ajdin.  Please fasten your seat belt."

The weather was very nice on our drive.  I really like the countryside view here.

We stopped at a farm stand.  There was a sign on the door that said "NO PETS ALLOWED" but it did not say "NO BEARS ALLOWED", so I went inside.  (Humans should be more specific with signage).

There were lots of apples for sale...

More apples...

And even more apples!

Mmm... these pies look good...

Hmm...

But, there was honey!

In fact, there was so much honey that I did not want to leave...

But Uncle Tibbs said it was getting dark so after a quick snack, we were back on the road.

Finally, after several hours, we arrived at my friends' house.  From left to right, this is Patch, Droopy, and Spunky.  As you can see, they each have their own sweaters on since it is still very cold.

We took a group photo..

And then just relaxed!  What a long day of driving!

  3. Sounds like a good road trip. I thought you would have more snow on the ground. Hope you have a good time visiting your friends and make sure Uncle Tibbs drives you home safely.

  4. You could always ride in the backseat and pretend Mr. Tibbs is a chauffeur! You'd be a stylin' bear then.... those apples look delicious by the way!
