Guest Post: Uncle Tibbs

Is this thing on?

Okay, good.

Hello everyone, this is Uncle Tibbs writing a guest post for Ajdin, who is still air drying after his much-needed bath. He left me with his computer, so I just have to turn it on and then we can get started.

But where is the on button? I can't seem to find it. This is a pretty new computer.

"Hello Uncle Tibbs! Do you need any help with guest blogging today?"

Er, it is a little embarrassing, but I can't find the on button on Ajdin's computer.

"Here it is, at the top right corner!"

Oh wonderful, thank you!

"Are you excited to be guest blogging this week? What did you have in mind?"

I thought I would share some pictures I took from a previous trip. They're all right here on this floppy disk.

"Errr..."

So now I just have to find the disk slot and put it in the computer.

"Uncle Tibbs, everything is on the cloud now!"

The cloud?

"Yes, cloud computing that allows for on-demand access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources such as networks, servers, storage, applications, and services and..."

Can you show me?

"Yes of course!"

Hmm, I guess I am behind the times a little bit.

"That's okay, Uncle Tibbs!"

Alright, now Ajdin gave me his password to his blog so I will just log in now.

*type type type*

Hmm, but it doesn't seem to be working. Do you know what could be wrong?

"The caps lock key is on!"

Ah, you have good eyes, Miss Feathers!

"And now we are finally logged in and ready to create a new post. So Uncle Tibbs, what will you write about?"

Yes, umm... well... you know... after all of that, I forgot!

  1. Miss Feathers seems to know a great deal about computers. Is she a MACcaw bird? hehe

  2. You might be a tad behind the times but at least you are not showing home movies on Beta. Can't wait to see your post.

  3. And he's not working on an Atari... definitely not in the Cave Bear era! Although... perhaps Uncle Tibbs should consider recruiting Miss Feathers as a co-host... teamwork can help move everything forward a little faster... if fast is important to you... of course.... It might not be critical if you're Ooogie!
