New Year's Resolutions 2016

This time of the year, perhaps you are looking to set some new goals for yourself.  Maybe you want to lose weight, eat healthier, get a promotion, go back to school, or just take a nice vacation.  Well, whatever your goals may be, studies have shown that you are more likely to achieve them if you write them down.

Do you have a piece of paper and a pen?


Let's take a step towards self-improvement this year.  I'll start.


Goals should be something that you really want to achieve.

New Year's Resolution #1: EAT MORE HONEY.


Goals should be attainable.  You want to push yourself a little bit, but not too hard.

New Year's Resolution #2: EAT MORE SALMON.


Goals should inspire you.

New Year's Resolution #3: GO TO OUTER SPACE.


Remember to take time from all your goal-setting to hang out with friends and family.

New Year's Resolution #4: MAKE MORE FRIENDS.


And this last one is pretty self-explanatory...

New Year's Resolution #5: HAVE MORE FUN.

  1. Some great resolutions Ajdin! We would add: Drink More Hot Chocolate. Although we won't go to outer space, we will try to travel more too!

  2. I am not sure about outer space either (do you think they make spacesuits for foxes?) but my resolution is to travel more.
