THE 2024 STUFFIE OLYMPICS ARE HERE!!

Like we've done several times before, we are hosting the 2024 STUFFIE OLYMPICS contest. Join us in the spirit of the Olympic games, a true testament to the spirit of courageous and strong stuffies everywhere.

2024 STUFFIE OLYMPICS RULES:

1) You can enter up to 3 different events per stuffie household. For example, boxing, rowing, and gymnastics. Or create your own unique category! You can submit as many photos of each event as you'd like.

2) Send your photo entries via email to lifeisbearygood (at) gmail (dot) com.

3) Entries must be received by August 18, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST.

4) Gold, silver, and bronze medal winners will be awarded! (though everyone is a winner!)

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a great summer so far. I'm behind (again) on posting, or should I say my secretary is behind on posting. *sigh* Anyways, here are a couple of postcards I received recently.

The first one is from my friend Sandy who visited Colorado with his human for a work conference.

Work conferences are for humans, whereas fun travel is for stuffies. Remember that!

The other postcard I got is from Jerry and Ben. They recently visited Fort William and Kakabeka Falls in Ontario. These waterfalls are beautiful!

Sounds like everyone is going on some great summer trips. I'm due for a trip myself!

Taxes

This is a postcard from Sandy who took the Via Rail to Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada. Or is that alBEARta, Canada? I've never been there!

Another mail haul

I'm back with another mail haul! It's so great getting fun mail instead of bills, isn't it?

The first card is a Halloween card from Sprinkles the Bear. Very cute and I hope Sprinkles had a fun Halloween!

The next is a photo card from Little Fox. One of the photos is Little Fox on a hiking trip as per usual, and the other is... a picture of him visiting Sandy. Or wait... is that Sandy visiting Little Fox? I can't keep track because I know there were some stuffie swaps over the past summer!

The next card is also from Sandy! It's a foam sticker postcard of an astronaut, yes that's perfect for me! I'm still waiting for my space shuttle after all these years...

Piñata

So, my bearthday was back in August and I received a piñata that I've been meaning to post about.

In case you don't know, piñatas are filled with candy inside, so I'm going to fill mine with leftover candy from Halloween.

This is a bunch of chocolate candy. I think Twix is my favorite from the selection here. What about you?
